What is the meaning of AAUA AVERS?

In short, AVERS is an acronym for Adekunle Varsity Examination Results. AVERS is an online Students' Portal where all academic results of the Students are uploaded for Students to access.

AAUA AVERS Login: On this same site, each Lecturer of the School do Login to upload results of Students in each of their Courses for each semester.

These are the two (2) major steps to create AAUA AVERS:

1. Login to the AVERS site via  - avers.aaua.edu.ng
2. Enter your Matric number  and your Surname in UPPERCASE as your default password and click on login.

Upon a successful login, Students will be immediately redirected to change their default password to a new password of their choice. 

Immediately, the system will also logout such Student automatically, to return to a fresh login. In case your Avers is saying "incorrect user ID", that means your Matriculation Number has not been activated, kindly contact ICTAC.

What is the meaning of Matriculation Number?

This is the meaning of Matriculation Number as explained below: A Matriculation number is the 9 digit unique number that the School Management gives to Students after completing their Student's Registration, School fees and Course Registration processes. A Matriculation Number is given to Students as authentication to validate their Studentship throughout their stay in such Institution of higher learning. 

This are the two basic steps on how to login to AAUA AVERS:

Two basic steps to login or create AAUA AVERS are:

1. Type avers.aaua.edu.ng on your mobile/Desktop browser [that is the Avers site, ref- AAUA portal]
2. Click on Students' Login, enter your Matriculation Number and Password on the spaces provided to login.

Can I see my AAUA results without AVERS?

This is how to see your results on AAUA Avers: AVERS is the only valid means through which all Students in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State can access their results. Also, to create Avers, you will need to have a valid activated Matriculation number, Phone number and a unique seven digit Password.

What are the features of AAUA AVERS?

These are all the nine major features of AAUA AVERS:

1. It displays Students' dashboard
2. It allows Students. Update their profile for proper functioning.
3. Result Portal for Students.
4. It shows Outstanding/Carryover/Not uploaded Courses
5. It shows Students GPA/CGPA
6. It shows registered Courses 
7. It shows exam slip for Students
8. It allows Students Synchronize their results and courses for up-date
9. It works as help desk.

To begin, let us explain all these features one by one with a diagram illustration from the AAUA AVERS:

Step 1: Login into the  Page - avers.aaua.edu.ng or the Avers students' page- avers.aaua.edu.ng/student/login and enter your Matriculation number and Password. Once logged in, it will display your Student's dashboard as shown on the diagram below.

Step 2: Once you logged in, click on the "Profile" section and update your valid Email, Phone number, Faculty and Department on the provided spaces. Click on "Update Profile" to save as shown on the diagram shown below.

Step 3: Click on "My Results", then click on the year session to see the results for all your Courses. Once your lecturer (s) upload (s) your results, you will find them on AVERS with grade A - F.  On the result page, you will see "Select session" and you will see your course titles, course code, scores and grades as shown on the diagram below.

How to Login to AAUA Avers - aver.aaua.edu.ng 

Step 4: To see your outstanding courses, click on the "Outstanding  Courses" - if you see any outstanding there, it either means the lecturer is yet to upload your result for that Course - [Meet the lecturer in Charge] or you failed the Course - [that's Carryover, you are to retake the Course in coming session] as shown on the below diagram.

Step 5: To see you GPA or CGPA, click on the next key to see your Cumulative Grade Point Assessment as shown in below diagram.

Step 6: To see your up-to-date  registered course, click on "Registered Courses", that is where all your registered courses will be from 100 level till 400/500 Level. For Any course you didn't see on that dashboard, it means you can't see result for such course as shown on the diagram below.

Step 7: Should the school require you to print your Exam slip during Examination period, all you need to do it to click on "Exam Slip", enter the session and Semester you want to print, it will load automatically for you to print. The exam slip comes with your name, Matric no, Faculty, Department among others as shown on the diagram below.

Step 8: This is a major step on the Avers, it's a major tool to fix almost 60% problem Students encounter on day-to-day usage of Avers. When you Registered for a course and you didn't see it on "Registered Course", or you wanted to update your results, click on "Course Sync" to synchronize the AVERS App and Update the course on the Avers, as shown on the diagram below.

Step 9:  That is the "help desk" key, it an enquiry key for Students to communicate whatever error they encounter on the app to the AAUA ICTAC. But, the key hasn't been working for a while, but the key is located beneath the page. When you have issue, visit the School ICTAC.

Avers AAUA, Avers | Staff Login

This are the two major ways to login to AAUA Avers Staff Portal: 

1. Go to your browser and type - avers.aaua.edu.ng/staff/login
2. Enter your staff ID and password to login as shown on the diagram below.

Here are some of the common terms to know about AAUA AVERS and how to fix them

How can I access Avers | Three common useful terms on AAUA AVERS are:

• Not uploaded Yet - It means your result has not been uploaded on your AVERS.  Ask your friends to confirm if it is a general problem, if not, kindly contact the Lecturer-in-charge of the Course.
• Uploaded - It means your result has been uploaded for such Course.
• Locked - It means your result for that particular course has been locked and you can't see it. If it's a general issue, it will be fixed by the School [The Class governor should notify the Department for quick action]. But, if you are the only one, kindly contact Department/ICTAC.
• Outstanding - It means you have grade "F" or Result not yet uploaded in the Course and you are to retake the Course at the next available session or contact the Lecturer-in-charge [Incase not uploaded outdating].

This is how to reset your AAUA AVERS Password

Avers| Follow these steps below on how to reset your AAUA AVERS password:

• First, you need to get a pin at ICTAC
• Login to the AVERS site - avers.aaua.edu.ng
• Enter your Matriculation Number and click on forget Password. You will be taken to the section to reset your password as shown in the diagram below:

To reset AAUA AVERS Password, follow these five basic steps below: 

1. Enter your Matriculation Number on the "Student ID" section
2. Enter the valid Pin you bought from School ICTAC at the "Pin" section of the page
3. Enter your new password on the next space
4. and reconfirm the password; 
5. Click on "Update Password" and it will be done successfully. 

Here are five steps on how to change your AAUA AVERS Password:

1. Login to the AVERS site - avers.aaua.edu.ng
2. Click on profile, and click on Reset Password
3. Enter your new password and reconfirm to update
4. A confirmation message will show to confirm you have "Successfully changed your Password" and you will be lodged out automatically
5. Return to the login with your new password. [To do this is FREE]

For technical support in AAUA, Students are advised to visit AAUA ICTAC.

What is AAUA ICTAC?

You might want to wonder why most Students in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko keep mentioning ICTAC; especially when it comes to technical portal issues; that is because ICTAC is the engine room that provides support to all the AAUA Portals and subdomains across all levels. 

ICTAC stands for Internet Communication and Technology Application Centre. It's the brain box of the University; whose head branch is now located in AAUA Senate Building and other branches like ICTAC at the Computer Science Department and School Café opposite pioneer Hostel, all headed by ICTAC Director.
