This Article talks about all the files needed in School for 100 level and Direct Entry Students into Varsities.

Congratulations on your Admission into Tertiary Education. In this post, we shall take you through all the files required by Varsities to process your registration process as Freshmen.

To those who already resumed and  you still waiting for resumption, here are the documents you are to bring to school for signing of Bio-data and Fresh Registration. 

While you are waiting for resumption, do be informed that there is probability you will be resuming soon. But, while you are waiting, here things you should know. 

Here are all you need to know about Adekunle Ajasin University, Akugba-Akoko, Ondo State:

Adekunle Ajasin University is located in Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria. The school is having three Female Hostels located on Campus and Male Hostels located at Ikare Akoko (the capital of Akugba Akoko) and they are available for students to apply for bed space. Upon resumption, the university will take you through the process of getting accommodation on Campus.

After you have been offered admission by the School and Jamb, kindly proceed to pay your acceptance fee on the school Portal, so as to print your admission letter. You are also to proceed to Jamb to pay and print your Jamb admission letter; which will come in two different copies- (One for candidate, one for Institution.) 

Upon resumption, you will be asked to proceed to the AAUA eduportal site to create a Ussername and Password so as to register as a student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akugba-Akoko, and you will be made to create your bio-data on the site.

Unpon the completion of the bio-data, you will print the papers and proceed to sign them at your various Departments, Facultys, Dean of Students' Affairs and lastly at the Exams and Records Department.

While you are waiting for resumption date, which will come soon, here are list of documents required of you to bring to school so as to complete your bio-data and signing process, for AAUA

Here are list of files needed by University Students for in School for signing:

  1. Original O'level Result (s)
  2. Original Jamb Result
  3. School Admission Letter
  4. Jamb admission letter (for institution)
  5. Passport photograph (red background)
  6. Payment slip for School Acceptance Fee.
  7. Attestation letter
  8. Original Birth certificate
  9. State of Origin
  10. Post UTME Screening slip.
  11. Court affidavit (for those changing names and others on their documents.)

To those who are admitted on JAMB CAPS and yet to see their names on the AAUA admission site, keep checking as your name will be uploaded Soon.

To those admitted into Ekiti State University, congratulations on your Admission. Below are all what you need as EKSU Freshmen for your Clearance/Registration Procedure:

Here are all the information you need to know about Ekiti State University Screening, (EKSU);

Firstly, Candidates are to visit the Admissions Office to obtain Authority to proceed for registration and submit their O’Level results for verification.

Then, Candidates are to visit the office of the Faculty Officer to collect screening materials. They are to present their provisional admission slips, the letter of acceptance of the provisional admission and the receipt of payment down-loaded from the internet.

Also, be informed that Faculty Officer issues screening materials to candidates, that is, the Screening of Credential Form and four (4) student data files. The Faculty Officers are to check the names of candidates presenting themselves for registration on the admission list.

Candidates are to fill the personal data files and put the photocopies of their credentials and other documents in the files – a complete set in each file.

Candidates are also to proceed to their Heads of the Departments who sight the original copies of their credentials/documents and sign the candidates screening forms, if qualified for admission into the Department.

Upon that, the candidates shall return to the Faculty Officer, who will then sight the original copies of the candidates’ documents and sign the new Students Screening Forms, if qualified based on the documents tendered.

Candidates are to return to the Admissions Office to obtain their O’Level Verification Certificate to be used for Central Screening.

Then, Candidates shall proceed to the Senate and Academic Matters’ Office for Central Screening with their student data files and the O’ level Verification Certificate issued to them by the Admission’s Office (Compulsory requirement).

Candidates shall submit the four copies of the personal data files after Central Screening as follows:

a. A copy to the Faculty Officer.

b. A copy to the Head of Department’s Office.

c. A copy to the Central Screening Officer/Senates & Academic Matters Officer.

d. A copy to the Admission Officer.

Alongside the file, all candidates are expected to produce the following documents and properly arranged in their files when coming for the central screening: 

Here are list of files needed by Ekiti State University (EKSU) students for signing and Registration:

  1. Provisional letter of Admission – Downloaded from the school Internet.
  2. Letter of Acceptance of the offer of provisional admission – Downloaded from the Internet/obtained from JAMB.
  3. Authority to proceed for Registration.
  4.  O’Level Verification Certificate (SSCE/NECO/NCE/ND/GCE A/Level NCE where applicable) from Admissions Office.
  5.  Original copies of WASC/NECO results and other results e.g. NABTEB, Pre-degree placement NCE etc.
  6. passport size photographs.
  7. Birth Certificate.
  8. Attestation of Local Government of Origin (obtained at Candidates' local government Area)
  9. Evidence of payment of school fees i.e. E-transact receipt.
  10.  Evidence of registration at the University Health Centre.
  11. Evidence of payment for the collection of Students Information Handbook. (Price varies across Varsities).
  12. Attestation letter from a reputable Nigerian but not from any student or headship of student’s organizations.

NOTE: All candidates are to make available four (4) photocopies of their credentials in four separate files at the point of the screening exercise.
